META ADS · FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM

A Facebook and Instagram ads agency in Malaysia that delivers leads, bookings and online sales

In one minute

ArkPerform runs Facebook and Instagram advertising, the paid side of social media marketing in Malaysia, for businesses that need enquiries, bookings and online sales. Every account starts with a correct Pixel and Conversions API setup, because Meta’s algorithm is only as good as the data you feed it. Typical first leads arrive within two weeks, and online stores see purchase data flowing from day one.

WHY ACCOUNTS FAIL

The unglamorous reason most Meta ads fail

The creative rarely kills an account. The data does. When your Pixel misfires or the Conversions API is missing, Meta optimises toward the wrong people, and since Apple’s privacy changes, browser-only tracking misses a large slice of your real results.

We fix the plumbing first. That means Pixel plus Conversions API, tested events, and WhatsApp and form enquiries captured properly. Once the algorithm has something true to learn from, cost per lead often drops before we change a single ad.

CAMPAIGN TYPES

Campaign types we build, from WhatsApp chat to checkout

01

WhatsApp campaigns open chats straight into your sales flow, and they are the highest-converting format for Malaysian services. WhatsApp marketing in Malaysia starts with an ad that opens a conversation.

02

Lead forms collect qualified details with screening questions, synced to your sheet or CRM.

03

Booking funnels carry clinics and salons from ad to offer page to WhatsApp confirmation.

04

Catalogue and Advantage+ shopping campaigns show each shopper the products they viewed and let Meta find new buyers across Facebook and Instagram for online stores.

05

Retargeting keeps you in front of the 97% who did not enquire or buy the first time, without pestering them.

06

Instagram-first creative for brands that sell on a picture, with Reels and Stories placements tested against the feed.

ONLINE STORES

Meta ads for online stores

Ecommerce is where Meta ads prove themselves fastest, because every sale is tracked to the ringgit. We run catalogue campaigns that follow shoppers with the exact products they viewed, Advantage+ shopping campaigns that let Meta’s system find buyers at scale, and retargeting sequences that bring back abandoned carts with a reason to finish checkout. Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplace-first brands all fit, as long as you own a store where purchases can be tracked.

The Malaysian sales calendar does a lot of the work. Payday cycles, 11.11, 12.12, Raya, Chinese New Year and Deepavali each create a window where buying intent spikes, and we plan creative, budgets and stock around those windows, then rest the account between them.

  • Product feed setup and cleaning, so every item carries the right title, price, image and availability.
  • Purchase and add-to-cart events sent through the Conversions API, so Meta learns from real revenue and never from page views alone.
  • Creative testing in small batches, with product video and customer content usually beating polished studio shots.
  • Reporting by product and campaign, so you see return on ad spend for each range as well as the blended number.
  • Promotion planning around Malaysian shopping peaks, with budgets raised before the peak and pulled back after it.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

Paid social media marketing in Malaysia, measured like any other channel

Plenty of social media marketing agencies in Malaysia sell posting schedules, follower counts and engagement rates.

Those numbers are pleasant to look at and impossible to bank. We treat Facebook and Instagram as paid channels first, which means every campaign has an objective that maps to money: a WhatsApp chat, a form, a booking or a purchase.

Organic content still matters, and we will tell you what to post so your page looks alive when an ad brings someone to it. We simply refuse to report on likes as if they were leads.

How much do Facebook ads cost in Malaysia?

Most SMEs get meaningful results from RM1,500 to RM5,000 a month in ad spend. Cost per lead varies widely by industry. Beauty bookings can come in under RM20 while B2B enquiries can run past RM100. Agency management fees sit on top.

Boosting buys reach without buying customers. Proper campaigns choose an objective such as leads, messages, bookings or purchases, build audiences deliberately, and track results to money. Boosted posts remain the most expensive way to feel busy.

Typical Malaysian accounts aim for 3x to 5x, but the honest answer depends on your margins. A 3x ROAS is profit for one business and a loss for another. Our plain-English ROAS guide shows you how to work out your own break-even number.

Yes, with one caveat. Ads that send shoppers to a marketplace listing cannot pass purchase data back to Meta, so the algorithm never learns who actually bought. We usually run campaigns to your own store, where the Pixel and Conversions API see every purchase, and keep the marketplace as a second checkout for customers who prefer it.

Facebook and Instagram run from the same account and the same budget, so we test both placements and let the results decide. TikTok suits younger consumer audiences and offers that work as short video, and we add it once Meta is profitable, never as the first channel.

Yes, as a paid add-on. We produce static ad creatives, carousels and short video edits for Facebook and Instagram, quoted separately from campaign management. For heavier production such as shoots or motion graphics, we brief and manage your videographer or recommend one we trust. If you already have brand assets, we test those first.

Two things matter for advertisers. From 1 June 2026, platforms must block users under 16 in Malaysia, so targeting and creative aimed at teenagers is off the table. The Communications and Multimedia Content Forum also requires clear disclosure of paid influencer partnerships, commission links and AI-generated presenters. We write disclosures into every sponsored post and keep campaigns inside the rules.
