Andy Bang is a 25-year industrial sales and marketing veteran who served as Sales & Marketing Director at Keyence, the global leader in industrial automation, code readers, vision system, quality & metrology sector. He led Keyence sales and marketing strategy with excellent result across different product lines.
He grew Malaysia’s highest-revenue business unit, from zero to multi-million market leader, secured global design wins, and held an international posting responsible for global projects at Keyence Corp of America.
He founded ArkPerform Advisory to bring director-level commercial strategy & advanced AI digital presence to Malaysian SMEs and manufacturers.
Andy spearheaded the direct sales model and established Malaysia’s first Keyence marketing department covering SEM, SEO, trade shows and social media, and consistently delivered more than 6x ROI on marketing spend.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the University of Malaya and brings both the scientific rigour and commercial instinct that most agencies lack entirely.
